- 1 lb 450g ground beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic and sauté
This is followed by the addition of ground beef which iscooked to brown. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add bell pepper, mushrooms, paprika, salt, black pepper, andoregano. Bake 5-7 minutes or until veggies are soft.
