Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion and garlic and sauté
  • This is followed by the addition of ground beef which iscooked to brown. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Add bell pepper, mushrooms, paprika, salt, black pepper, andoregano. Bake 5-7 minutes or until veggies are soft.
  • Add sprinkles of shredded cheddar and cover it 2-3 minutesuntil it melts.
