Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine (e.g., Tempranillo or Merlot)
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda (optional, for fizz)
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, add red wine, brandy and orange juice.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Add chopped orange, lemon and chopped apples to the mixture.
  • Stir well and cold for at least 2 hours to infect the flavor.
  • Just before serving, add soda water or lemon-neem soda to a fizzi touch (optional).
  • Serve on ice in glasses, be sure to include some fruits in each put.
