Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set one side.
  • In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, butter, milk and cocoa powder.
  • To make a rolling boil on medium heat, persistent stirring
  • Let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
  • Stir quickly in peanut butter, vanilla extracts, salt and oats until perfectly combined.
  • Leave the spoon on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes until it is set.
  • Store in an airtight container for 5 days.
