  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Grill corn:Preheat your grill or grill pan for medium-high heat. Grill the corn for about 8–10 minutes, never participate well on all sides.
  • Prepare topping mixture:In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and lime juice. Keep the cotton cheese and chili powder separate.
  • Assemble Elote: Brush each ear of the corn with grilled, mayo-limb mixture once. Generously sprinkling generously kotija cheese and chili powder.
  • Garnish and Service:If desired, serve hot with chopped cilantro with lime veg on the top and edge.
