Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Olive oil (for pan-frying, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 400 ° F (200 ° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, breadcrumb, permene, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and milk.
  • Gently add the ingredients by hand until it is only combined - do not overmix.
  • Size the mixture in 1½ inch balls and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until brown and cooked (internal temporary 160 ° f).
  • Alternatively, pan-fri meatball in olive oil on medium heat, turning brown on all sides, about 10–12 minutes.
  • Relax the meatball cooked for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with pasta, marinara sauce, or desired.
