- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ cup milk
- Olive oil (for pan-frying, optional)
Preheat the oven at 400 ° F (200 ° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, breadcrumb, permene, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and milk.
Gently add the ingredients by hand until it is only combined - do not overmix.
Size the mixture in 1½ inch balls and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
