Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Season Chicken: Toss Chicken Strips with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Step Chicken: In a large pan on medium heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes, flipping once, until it becomes golden and cooked through it. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Make the sauce: In the same pan, put in heavy cream. Stir in Parmeson, Italian spice and red chili bunch. Boil for 3-4 minutes until it becomes a little thick.
  • Add spinach: Add spinach and stir till then.
  • Alliance: Return the chicken in the pan and toss to coat into the sauce. Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve: Relax 5 minutes before serving hot with roasted cauliflower or joodles.
