Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small tomato, diced (optional)
  • 1 jalapeƱo, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare avocados: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits, and scoop the meat in a mixing bowl.
  • Mash Avocados: Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado in your desired stability - chunky or smooth.
  • Add the ingredients: Mix to lime juice, chopped onion, garlic and sealantro. If used, add diasted tomatoes and jalepino.
  • Season: Weather with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Relax: Allow Guamol to melt the taste to sit for 5 minutes.
  • Serve: Serve immediately as topping with Tortila chips or for your favorite dishes.
