- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small tomato, diced (optional)
- 1 jalapeƱo, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Prepare avocados: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits, and scoop the meat in a mixing bowl.
Mash Avocados: Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado in your desired stability - chunky or smooth.
Add the ingredients: Mix to lime juice, chopped onion, garlic and sealantro. If used, add diasted tomatoes and jalepino.
Season: Weather with salt and pepper to taste.
