Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  • Do batsman: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk and vanilla extracts. Stir in dry material until slowly it becomes smooth.
  • Put the batsman: Using a funnel or squeeze bottle, make a spherical, chilly oil in a hot oil.
  • Fry: Cook till 2 minutes per side or golden brown.
  • Drain: Remove with tongs and place the excess oil on a paper towel for d
