Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped small)
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

For the Dressing:

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix chopped broccoli, red onion, cruel bacon, cranberry, sunflower seeds and cake cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper until it becomes smooth.
  • Until everything is equally coated, put the dressing on the salad and toss.
  • Cover and cool for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavor to melt.
  • Give it a quick toss before serving. Enjoy the cold!
