Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots and celery. About 5-7 minutes until soft.
  • Diced shake in tomatoes, beans, broth, parsley, basil, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Bring to a soft boil.
  • Reduce the heat and boil for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavor to melt.
  • Stir in pasta and cook package for about 7-9 minutes according to the package instructions.
