Instructions
 

  • In a medium mix bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato paste and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, rice vinegar, water and paprika. Mix until it is fully involved.
  • Adjust and adjust seasoning when needed. If a spicir version is desired, add a pinch of keene or hot sauce.
  • Cover and cool for at least 1 hour to allow the flavor to melt.
  • Serve with grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, or fried rice at cold or room temperature.
