1. Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Then put chicken thighs into the hot skillet skin side down, sear over medium-high heat until golden brown on top, 3-4 minutes each side.
- Add thyme, rosemary and lemon wedges to the pan. Move it into the oven.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75°C or 165°F.
- Serve immediately with broth ladled over it.
2. Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
