  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Then put chicken thighs into the hot skillet skin side down, sear over medium-high heat until golden brown on top, 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Add thyme, rosemary, and lemon wedges to the pan. Move it into the oven.
