1. Baked Brie with Cranberries Recipe
Ingredients:
1 wheel of Brie cheese
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry)
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1 egg (beaten)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 750°F
Center the puff pastry over the Brie roundcovering the cheese with cranberry sauce and pecans.
Bring up the sides of the puff pastry and wrap it tightly over the brie, then close securely by crimping the dges with a fork. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at least 20-25 minutes or until it’s golden brown around the cracked seam on top.
Then it should be cooled a bit and served right away with crackers or a sliced baguette.
2. Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
20 white button mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
