Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp (shell-on)
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Boil water: Fill a big pot with water in half. Add salt, old bay masala, lemon, onion and garlic. To bring a boil.
  • Cook potatoes: Add potatoes to the pot and boil until it becomes slightly soft for 10-12 minutes.
  • Add corn and sausage: Add corn and sausage and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  • Add seafood: add shrimp and crab legs; Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp becomes pink and the crab is heated.
  • Drain and serve: Drain the boil using a slapped spoon. Transfer to a large tray or spread on parchment or newspaper.
  • Add butter: Seafood and drizzle over vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot: If desired, serve with excess lemon veg and hot sauce.
