Ingredients
  

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 tbsp white sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ounces white rum
  • ½ cup club soda

Instructions
 

  • Place mint leaves and 1 lime veg in a strong glass.
  • Use a muddler to leave mint oils and lime juice and crush mint and lime.
  • Add 2 and lime veg and sugar, muddle again to release more limestone juice.
  • Fill the glass at the top almost with a piece of ice.
  • Pour rum over the ice, then fill the glass with a club soda.
  • Stir slowly with a spoon to combine.
  • Garnish with the remaining lime nail and a branch of mint.
