Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (85/15 blend preferred)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pan: Place a large pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Cook aeromatics: Sutch dipped the onion for 3-4 minutes until it is transcendent. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minutes.
  • Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet. Separate it with a spatula and cook for 6-8 minutes until it turns brown and cooked.
  • Season: Stir in salt, pepper, pepper and parsley leaf. Mix well to coat beef equally.
  • Simar: Add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Reduce the heat for 10 minutes and boil for 10 minutes, allowing the taste to melt.
  • Relax: Turn off the heat and let the dish rest for 5 minutes.
  • Service: If desired, garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
