  • 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1 lemon, halved

  2. Combine butter, garlic, and herbs. Loosen the skin on the turkey and put herb butter under and on top of the skin.
