Instructions

- In a big bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until mixed.
- In another bowl, whist the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients gradually to wet mixture, stirring just to combine.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if one chooses to use them.
- Pour batter into the pan and level the top.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes and till when a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
