1. Tofu Scramble Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup spinach or kale
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 3–4 minutes.
- Add crumbled tofu. Season with turmeric, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in greens for another 3-5 minutes until heated through

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, coconut, etc.)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
