Ingredients
  

  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • Divide the dough into half, flatten into the disc, and wrap in plastic. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven at 350 ° F (175 ° C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
